Aylsham Town Read

November 23 - 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Free

To celebrate our fantastic first year on Red Lion Street we’re inviting you to join us in our mission to make Aylsham into one big book group.  We’re teaming up with our friends at Aylsham library to bring you… Aylsham Town Read!!

To get involved, simply buy or borrow a copy of The Cat and the City by Nick Bradley, read it and get ready to talk about it at our Town Read Get Together on Thursday November 23rd. We are delighted to say that Nick will be joining us on the night to discuss his book and take questions from everyone, as well as signing copies. (His brand new book Four Seasons in Japan will also be available for buying and signing too).

Copies of  The Cat and the City  are available at Aylsham Book Hive at a reduced price of £8.00 or can be borrowed from Aylsham Library free of charge. Tickets are free, but booking is essential.

There’s no fee to join the book group and it’s open to everyone – so if you haven’t read this wonderful book, now’s your chance! And if you have – read it again and come along and chat about it with friends, neighbours and the author over a glass of wine – all in the great metropolis of Aylsham!
